Oh! Oh! In honor of the translation contracts Dreamspinner Press has signed at the Frankfurt Book Fair, all contemporary, paranormal and BDSM ebooks are discounted by 25% now through Monday (Oct 14th) morning!!
That means if you’ve been waiting to buy a copy of Crying for the Moon, Raincheck, or Unspeakable Words–now is your chance to snag these titles for a great price! But hurry, this sale won’t last long!
In other news, Paranormal Month continues at Merissa McCain’s blog–guest author today is Danita Minnis! Drop by and check out all the fun! My post is at the end of the month, but a new post/author/story spotlight is happening every day! If paranormal is your thing, you’ll want to see what’s new and exciting in the paranormal romance world.
In the meantime, I’m still working on the sequel to Unspeakable Words, tentatively titled Walk a Mile. The Day Job has been keeping me pretty busy but it’s raining today and I have the day off so I’m hunkered down for a lovely afternoon of writing. Catch you later! This is too good an opportunity to miss! 🙂
I woke up this morning to discover a wonderful 5 star review for my paranormal M/M novella, Raincheck, on the Paranormal Romance Guild! I have to confess, I’ve been thinking more and more about expanding Raincheck–everyone wants to know what happened the morning after the Grand Ball, right? Rodney and David have more of their story left to tell!
But what a nice way to start off the morning! In fact, this is shaping up to be a nice weekend all the way around. The temperatures have dropped this weekend and it is perfect weather for taking the dog hiking or riding the horse–both of which I plan to do! Right now I’m watching my 15 year old cat chase a cotton ball around the kitchen as though he was a kitten! (Hmmmm, I might need to have his thyroid levels tested if he keeps this up…)
I’ve got a critique group meeting via Skype in the morning, and some uninterrupted time this afternoon and evening, so hopefully I can wrap my head around one of my WIPs and get some serious writing done too. That would be nice–things have kind of slowed to a crawl on the writing front. I’ve taken on too many commitments this month at a time when work hasn’t slacked off the way it normally does this time of year. I’m looking forward to the end of the month when I can take a long weekend to meet up with friends and talk about our favorite shows, writing, and more. 🙂
In the meantime, there is The Romance Review Fall into Romance Blog Hop going on right now! The list of participating authors is unbelievable! You should check out the contests and prize giveaways going on now through Sept 21st. I have a Q&A giveaway question there: the answer is a World War 2 listening post. Want to know the question and find out how you can win some terrific stories and other great prizes? Check out the hop!
Tristan has now exchanged the cotton ball for a Q-tip. Obviously, I need to take out the trash in the bath room. But he looks pretty darn good for 15, doesn’t he? 🙂
